Everyone at Gibralter are transmission experts. They are extremely courteous and understanding of your needs. I would definitely recommend them.

Absolute migraine of a place to deal with, took longer than first quoted and unless you’re speaking to Carl you can’t trust a single word said. They did do a good job so weigh your options first, if you can wait a lot longer than expected for your car and don’t mind being in the dark the entire time then you’re fine, you’ll get what you asked for eventually, and remember that if Carl didn’t say it then it probably isn’t true or accurate in the slightest

I am glad and pleased with Gibraltar transmission. They have a good customer service. They are very friendly , accommodative and very concerned about customer’s satisfaction. My vehicle is a jx35 infinity 2013 which they had my transmission remanufactured as brand new. My vehicle is 100% perfect now and I feel like I drive a new car now. Thank you so much for this great service rendered and I also respect the confidence in your job as you can barely get a 1year warranty from other places. This is the best transmission shop you can ever think of and trust me you will be as happy as I am when you take your car in. Thank you Carl for your absolute commitment towards everything. You are a wonderful person. Say me hi to your partner too who is also very generous to gift me a licence plate holder. God bless him too. Gibraltar transmission on point 💯 %

I had my transmission repaired at Gibraltar and the guys did an amazing job for a reasonable price. It really was a good experience, they tell you everything you need to know before making a decision and spend your money. They diagnosed the problem, explained everything to me and gave me a Quote, I was thrilled when I receive my car back and everything was fixed. My car rides smoothly now. Highly recommended.
